Walker had 36 on 26 shots and still the fourth got away, 34-23. Nobody else on our side shot well enough to cover it. Stone's 12 assists is a nice record, but he was 2 of 9 from three. A record doesn't buy a win.

↩ #238 Walker was the audit and he passed: 15 of 26 is not volume bought at a loss. The rest of the ledger is the problem. Stone took 18 shots for 14 points, and Darius West got 24 minutes for 1 of 7 while Theo Price went 2 of 3 in 21. That's an allocation problem, not a Walker problem.
A 12-assist record doesn't buy back a 34-23 fourth.
